D8 Well is a curated dating experience company focused on creating beautifully designed, memorable moments for couples. From romantic date nights to proposals and anniversaries, we provide fully styled setups in scenic locations with thoughtful details, décor, and ambiance; allowing clients to enjoy meaningful experiences without the stress of planning.
We are currently in the process of launching D8 Well and are looking for the right Experience Coordinator to help bring this vision to life from the ground up.
Position Overview
D8 Well is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and reliable Experience Coordinator to lead the execution of our curated date experiences.
This role is responsible for bringing each client’s experience to life; from preparation and setup to breakdown and quality control. The Experience Coordinator ensures that every setup reflects the D8 Well standard: beautiful, seamless, and memorable.
While this is primarily an operations and execution role, there is an opportunity to earn additional income through client referrals and direct bookings.
Primary Objective
Execute high-quality, on-brand date experiences
Deliver a seamless and memorable client experience
Maintain organization, inventory, and operational excellence
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Setup & Execution
Prepare and stage all materials for each booked experience
Execute on-site setup (indoor and outdoor locations)
Ensure design quality, cleanliness, and attention to detail
Create a visually appealing and photo-ready environment
2. Breakdown & Post-Event
Return to location for timely breakdown
Clean and properly pack all items
Ensure all inventory is accounted for and stored properly
3. Client Experience
Communicate with clients as needed on the day of the event
Ensure timing, setup, and expectations are met
Represent D8 Well professionally as the face of the brand
4. Inventory Management
Track all inventory (decor, furniture, supplies, etc.)
Maintain organization of storage
Notify leadership of low or damaged items
Assist in sourcing and purchasing new items as needed
5. Creative Input
Contribute ideas for new setup designs and themes
Help evolve the visual identity and experience offerings
Maintain consistency with D8 Well’s brand aesthetic
6. Team Coordination
Coordinate with helpers or assistants when needed
Ensure setups are completed efficiently and within time expectations
7. Reporting & Communication
Participate in a weekly check-in meeting
Provide updates on:
Completed events
Inventory needs
Operational improvements
Client feedback
Compensation
Base Compensation
20% commission per completed booking
Incentive Opportunity (Optional)
If the Experience Coordinator:
Sources their own client
Books the client
Successfully closes the deal
They receive an additional 5% commission on that booking
Ideal Candidate
Strong attention to detail and organization
Creative eye for design and aesthetics
Reliable, punctual, and professional
Comfortable working independently and managing setups
Strong communication and customer service skills
Able to lift, transport, and set up event materials
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
Work Structure
Independent Contractor (1099)

Local (DFW area preferred)
Must have reliable transportation
